I accept had red spots on my uvula for almost two days now it causes swallowing to be hard.

It is probably due to pharyngitis/ tonsillitis. Visit an otolaryngologiologist or oral md and get prescribed medications. There is naught to fright. Meanwhile keep doing warm saline/ dilute betadine gargles 2-3times daily.
